This play is an autobiographical account of the arrest and imprisonment of Palestinian poet Dareen Tatour. Following her arrest in 2015, she was sentenced to five months in prison and three years of house arrest; her case drew international attention. The monologue explores intimidation and dehumanization, but also solidarity, resistance, and self-empowerment.
