»Expect the unexpected.« Tomi Ungerer’s motto, enfant terrible of Strasbourg, seems to have been written for Pales. The band blows up any genre classification with a raw and visceral style where Indus, Noise, and Pop collide in a sonic battle. The stage is a playground where trance becomes irrepressible, breathless, constantly brushing against the boundaries of chaos. The sound hits, hypnotizes, triggers spasms, awakens the smells of acid, cosmetics, and burnt rubber.
