Mareia (Heimlich) Mareia moves fluidly between breakbeat, house, and electro, but no matter the genre, hip-hop is her constant companion. Her sets are driven by groove, rhythm, and unexpected transitions that keep the dancefloor on its toes. Based in Vienna, she is part of the Heimlich collective and has been active in club culture for over a decade, creating formats and hosting DJ workshops, with a particular focus on opening up space for FLINTA* artists, while engaging in cultural and political work around (club-) culture.
