About this set
- Workshop
This immersive workshop explores Afro-diasporic rhythms as tools for connection, healing, and collective expression. Through percussion, voice, breathing, and guided improvisation, participants experience how rhythm can activate presence, trance states, and deep listening. Drawing from Afro-Brazilian and African diasporic traditions, the session invites participants to reconnect body, mind, and ancestral memory through sound and movement. The workshop is facilitated by Brazilian percussionist and music therapist K’BOKO.
