About this set
- Workshop
Calm & playful Just be invites you to slow down and be present — even when other things feel loud, overwhelming or distracting. Together, we will gently explore what it means to land within yourself through calm and playful somatic practices. This workshop offers space to soften, ground, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom — something that can feel especially difficult for people impacted by racism and chronic stress. Through somatic practices, movement, and intuitive drawing, we will explore ways to regulate the nervous system and create more presence and connection. This is a small, BIPOC-centered space where you are invited to simply be — with yourself and in community. No prior experience or preparation is needed. Just come as you are.
