About this set
- Workshop
IN, BACK & DOWN Draw your attention back inwards and down to the ground within you and below. We’ll aim to get quiet and concentrated enough to recalibrate the layers of your mental, emotional, energetic and physical body. The weekend stomping around the Fusion grounds tantalises the senses, stimulates the nervous system and feeds our creative hunger. Whilst you may be here to enjoy yourself, your heart and mind are working over-time to process every micro-second of input, the good, the bad and the ugly, it’s all welcome. Graceful Movement will call you back in and down and get your feet on the ground, even if momentarily, so you can move through the inevitable peaks and troughs of the festival (&life) with a little more sweetness. An intentional practice for the sensitive & curious raver, and anyone needing a moment to put the pieces back together.
