The band's creative core comprises three long-time members; vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy, guitarist Corey Beaulieu, and bassist Paolo Gregoletto. The band has changed drummers numerous times, with Alex Rüdinger becoming the most recent addition in October 2025.
