Between a muscle cramp and fatherland.A satirical bike tour exploring the normalization of the far right and delving into the depths of Germany’s darkest corners. A bike ride to Obersalzberg—45 kilometers, seemingly innocently organized as a “reintegration seminar.” Three participants pedal together: a rigorous course instructor, a self-promoting influencer, and a well-meaning cycling enthusiast. But with every kilometer, the mood shifts. Sporting ambition turns into ideological conformity; camaraderie becomes a dangerous pull. By the time they take a break, at the latest, it becomes clear what this is really about. As the facade crumbles, the situation escalates—and not everyone makes it to the end. A biting satire on group dynamics, seduction, and old ideologies in a new guise. Team: Jonas Bonham Neubauer, Cedric Eich, Charly Schmidt, Dante Nicolai Rafalski, Frida Navratil, Lisa Rilka, Laura Bernhardt language: german CONTENT NOTE This play uses satirically exaggerated language and depictions that reference right-wing extremism, Nazism, and toxic masculinity. It deliberately plays with inhuman language, symbolism, and rhetoric to expose their absurdity and danger.
